Role Overview
We are looking for a Construction / Site Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of building projects. The role requires strong technical understanding, organization, and the ability to manage site operations effectively while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
You will work closely with our engineering team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and according to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the construction works of assigned projects
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors and site crews to maintain smooth and safe site operations
- Monitor construction progress and address site issues promptly
- Prepare quantity take-offs for concrete, reinforcement steel, and other construction materials
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to the construction site
- Identify design inconsistencies or technical issues and communicate them early to the project team
- Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
