ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, one of the
leading companies in cyber security services, is seeking a Contract Manager
to take on a pivotal role in its global contracting activities.
Contract Manager (6084/CM/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and
negotiate all types of agreements (MSAs, Frame Agreements, Service
Agreements, NDAs, DPAs, Partner and Reseller Agreements, etc.)
- Actively participates
in the preparation and negotiation of the terms and conditions of
contracts by developing contract and procurement documentation.
- Identifies the
requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to
ensure alignment with the company’s goals and compliance with regulatory
guidelines
- Manage the full
contract lifecycle, from intake to signature, across clients, partners,
and suppliers.
- Highlights and
consults on contract variations, exemptions, extensions etc.
- Monitors, evaluates
and reports on risk and contract performance against KPIs and
requirements, and implements strategies to drive value
- Manage clause
libraries, templates, and approval workflows across multiple entities
(Greece, Germany, UK, UAE, KSA).
- Support stakeholders
in evaluating commercial and legal risks proposing contractual structures
that enable business growth while safeguarding compliance.
