Περιγραφή

Position: Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of procurement activities, support of office operations, and basic monitoring of operational expenses (OPEX). The role contributes directly to cost optimization, compliance with procurement procedures, and overall operational efficiency.


What awaits you:

1. Procurement

  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate new and existing suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s Purchasing Policy.
  • Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Collaborate with Legal & Finance on approvals and contract matters.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve operational issues.
  • Support internal stakeholders with their procurement needs.

2. Office Administration & Operations

  • Manage the company fleet.
  • Procure and manage office supplies.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics (equipment, access, materials).
  • Support facilities and external service providers.
  • Maintain and digitize archives and documentation.
  • Provide daily administrative support to departments.

3. OPEX Monitoring & Basic Finance Support

  • Monitor OPEX by cost center or category.
  • Perform invoice matching and PO verification.
  • Provide basic input for budgeting/forecasting related to operational costs.
  • Gather data and prepare reports for Finance and Management.

What you should bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
  • Experience in Office Administration or Facility Operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic financial processes, including PO and invoice workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Native Greek speaker with fluency in English.
