Licensed Engineer for Maintenance Supervision (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural)

We are looking for a proactive Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural) to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

A Mall Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and maintenance of all building systems and equipment within the mall. This includes but is not limited to planning and implementing, preventing maintenance programs.

Performing and supervising equipment malfunctions and maintenance-related repairs.

To ensure the optimal performance and safety of all mall systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural)
• At least 2year experience in related field
• Good communication skills (written, oral and listening)
• Can handle multiple priorities
• Can plan, organize, prioritize and perform multiple task
• Can adapt to new technology
• Sound analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to make good, independent decisions and be able to effectively deal with stress
• Well-developed time management skills including the ability to identify, prioritize and complete tasks and projects in an effective and timely manner
• The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and organized individual to support the Mall Operations Department in the supervision of the daily operation of the Shopping Center and Parking Facilities
