Jobistas is currently seeking on behalf of its client, one of Greece’s leading food processing and exporting companies, International Customer Support Specialist.
About the Role
- End-to-end order and claim management for international customers
- Daily communication with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Act as a liaison between departments (Production, Warehouse, QA, Logistics, Finance)
- Monitor order execution, resolve issues proactively, and follow up until closure
- Ensure accuracy of documentation, timelines, and service KPIs in a fast-paced environment
