Job Description:

As an Airport Representative, you will ensure the smooth, timely and comfortable arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests.

You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our transfer services within the airport area and for providing exceptional support to our Tour Operator teams.

What We Look For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an airport assistant or in a similar role.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a professional appearance – enjoy working in uniform.
