Welcome and assist guests during the night shift.
Handle late check-ins and early check-outs.
Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies professionally.
Answer telephone calls and provide information to guests.
Assist guests with wake-up calls, taxi arrangements, luggage requests, and general enquiries.
Maintain a professional and calm presence at the reception desk throughout the night.
Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or Night Audit is preferred.
Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Basic accounting or cashiering knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
Professional appearance and behaviour.
Calm, responsible, and discreet personality.
Ability to handle emergencies and guest complaints with professionalism.
