Περιγραφή

Eden View Suites and Villas is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Assistant Hotel Manager to support daily hotel and villa operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role works closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and effective team leadership.

Duties:

  • Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and guest services, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the property
  • Deliver consistently high standards of guest satisfaction by professionally managing guest feedback, concerns, and special requests
  • Monitor service quality to ensure full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Support the coordination of arrivals ,special events, and group bookings to ensure seamless execution
  • Supervise, motivate, and support department supervisors and team members, promoting strong teamwork and accountability
  • Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and service-focused work culture
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Hotel Manager
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, controlling operational costs, and improving overall efficiency
  • Support inventory management and purchasing processes related to hotel operations
  • Prepare operational reports and assist with forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and all local regulatory requirements
  • Support sales initiatives, upselling strategies, and guest retention efforts
  • Represent Eden View Suites and Villas with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail at all times
  • Collaborate with marketing and reservations teams to optimize occupancy, revenue, and overall brand presence

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, or hospitality management
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong guest-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
