HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
• Support employees’ onboarding and offboarding processes and liaise with the People Services team
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Digital Card processes
• Support internal communication initiatives across EMEA (announcements, newsletters, updates)
• Update corporate policies and maintain relevant documentation on the company portal
• Handle employee inquiries regarding private medical and pension programs
• Support communication and coordination with the external payroll provider
• Maintain and organize HR department documentation and records
• Assist in employee engagement and wellness initiatives
