We are a growing Greek HR Outsourcing company supporting organizations across multiple industries with their recruitment needs.

Our team partners with a diverse portfolio of clients and delivers recruitment solutions for both temporary staffing and permanent placements, covering positions from entry-level to senior-level roles.

Due to the continuous growth of our client portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who will play a key role in coordinating recruitment projects, managing client expectations, and strengthening our talent attraction strategies.

The Role

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate pipelines for our clients.

This role requires someone who can combine hands-on recruiting with strategic thinking, helping the company continuously improve how we attract and engage talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Handle recruitment assignments for temporary staffing and permanent placements
  • Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple urgent hiring projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement innovative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking
  • Propose and organize recruitment initiatives and campaigns, including:
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an HR consulting, staffing or recruitment agency environment
  • Strong experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to recruit across different seniority levels
  • Excellent candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and client-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
