Junior Financial Advisor (Remote)
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate and negotiate with borrowers to effectively manage overdue loans
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of processes and achievement of targets
Candidate Profile
- Degree from a higher education institution, preferably in Economics or Finance
- Previous experience in NPL management, customer service, or sales will be considered an asset
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good command of English and very good knowledge of MS Office
