They are currently running several projects and are looking for the Manager of the Project Managers.
*The position of Manger of Project Management team is reported to CTO.
Mission: As a Manager of the Projects team your role is multifaceted. You will need to cooperate with the heads of Development, DevOps, Testing and Business Analysis, and be sometimes a first point of contact for several customers. You will be the head of 13 project managers managing more than 100 projects in a matrix team. Additionally, you will manage the back-office support of the team who are responsible for the reporting finances and man-hours. Your mission is to coordinate, build the processes, upgrade the procedures and reporting as well as manage the people, the finances and .
To be successful you will need to have a good level of management in a large-scale team and be capable to communicate efficiently with both internal and external customers. You will need to establish a strong line of communication with the CTO and take the full responsibility to design and implement processes that will lead to increased predictability. You will need to hold a corporate but customer service and a dedicated team performance mindset.

You will be responsible to
- To handle a large team of senior level people and support them in handling work assignments and the whole process of budgeting and reporting.
- Handle the full-cycle of projects end-to -end and their delivery by estimating effective allocation of resources, costs and timelines.
- Control, plan, execute and create project schedules.
- Cooperate with the other Business Departments to provide a bespoke customer service.
- Act as Team Leader for Meetings/ Scrums in order to organize accordingly the projects in accordance to the customer demands.
- Prepare the responses for Request of proposals (RFP’s) and commercial offers in collaboration with Client Service Management Team.
- Make adjustments of estimated and actual costs in order to complete financial closeout.
- Build Human Capital in order to continuously complete and actionable feedback to associates in order to support continuous learning and growth
