You are responsible for:
- Compiling and reviewing financial information
- Conducting accounting and commercial entries
- Manage order placement, modifications, cancellations, and complaints
- Resolve customer issues professionally, efficiently, and with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse,sales) to ensure timely resolution
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Follow company procedures and service quality standards
Your Education & Qualifications are:
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written form
- Knowledge of computer operation and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of ERP systems, will be considered as a plus
