Waiter B
The Role:
As a Waiter/Waitress B’ at Domes Resorts, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be serving food and beverages, ensuring a positive dining experience for Domes’ guests.
Some of the responsibilities:
Guest Services
- Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
- Thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
- Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferences.
Operational Services
- Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in providing and maintaining the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional service.
- Removing dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
