We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Room Division Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Rooms Division at a luxury property in Mykonos.
This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing the daily operations of Housekeeping, Front Office, Drivers, and Reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full Rooms Division operation, ensuring seamless coordination between departments
- Lead, train, and motivate teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, Drivers, and run the Reservation department
- Maintain the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction in line with luxury hospitality expectations
- Monitor daily operations, occupancy levels, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies that optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure all departments adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee reservations strategy, including rate management and availability optimization
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are consistently upheld across all rooms and public areas
- Coordinate transportation logistics and guest transfers efficiently
