As a Sous Chef at alma beach, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen operations of a luxury, tranquil beach club, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency and organization. Working in a state-of-the-art kitchen environment and under the guidance of a highly experienced Executive Chef & Chef De Cuisine ,you will contribute to delivering a refined and elevated culinary experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations
- Supervising and coordinating the kitchen team during service
- Ensuring consistency, presentation and quality of all dishes
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organization
- Assisting in staff training and performance supervision
- Monitoring mise en place levels and ensuring smooth service flow
- Supporting cost control, stock management and ordering procedures
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
