Maintenance Manager
Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager will have to support and oversee all maintenance employees and procedures with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction and recommend ways to solve all relevant problems within budget and according to company’s standards. He will have to report directly to the Hotel Manager of Eagles Palace and Eagles Villas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all daily maintenance activities for the upkeep of buildings, landscapes and vehicles
• Recruit, lead and assist in the training of technicians; perform annual appraisals
• Develop all kind of maintenance procedures and ensure proper implementation
• Carry out inspections of the resorts facilities to identify areas for improvement and assign regular and special duties for all employees
• Develop maintenance schedules, predict needs and assure the efficiency in materials; arrange all supplies and orders
• Monitor the good condition and correct usage of all departmental and safety equipment
• Supervise the biological cleaning procedure
• Be in contact with external contractors and supervise them in assigned tasks
• Handle all operational problems and respond to emergency calls
• Supervise that health and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations
• Prepare reports on daily activities, keep maintenance logs updated
