Position Overview

As Front Office Manager, you will lead and oversee all front office operations, ensuring an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure. You will inspire and guide the reception team while maintaining the highest standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism expected in a boutique luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support the front desk team in daily operations
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Deliver personalized guest service and exceed expectations
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Resolve operational and guest-related issues with confidence and discretion
  • Recruit, interview, and select front office team members
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain luxury service standards
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules based on occupancy and labor forecasts
  • Monitor and control departmental budgets and financial reports
  • Ensure accurate use of Hotelizer (or similar PMS) and reporting systems
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial front office role within a luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional customer service mindset
  • Ability to perform under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Proficiency in Hotelizer or similar PMS and MS Office
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
