Junior Business Analyst – Risk Consulting (Remote)

Job Description

•Supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of consulting projects

•Participates in client workshops and meetings to understand business needs, identify challenges and gather business and functional requirements

•Analyzes existing business processes, identifies gaps and improvement opportunities and contributes to the design of optimized workflows and future-state processes

•Creates, maintains, and updates Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and other project documentation, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements

•Collaborates with business stakeholders and project members to clarify requirements and support the development of appropriate business and technology solutions

•Maps and documents business processes, workflows, and system requirements to ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed solutions

Candidate’s Profile

•Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Data Analytics, Business & Data Analytics, or a related field

•Familiarity with SQL, Power BI & AI will be considered an advantage

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

•Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project deadlines
