About the Role :
Reporting directly
to the Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for the end-to-end
processing of the property’s monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy,
compliance, and timely submission of all statutory obligations. You will be the
key point of contact for all payroll and HR administrative matters, playing a
vital role in supporting our associates and ensuring the integrity of HR data
across the resort.
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
- Process monthly payroll for
all associates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Greek labor and social
security regulations
- Prepare and submit Α.Π.Δ., tax and contribution files, and coordinate with the Finance
Department for the final monthly payroll closing and posting to the P&L
- Maintain and update associate
records in the HRIS and digital time-tracking system
- Handle ERGANI filings,
employment contracts, amendments, and terminations
- Administer annual leave, sick
leave, and other statutory entitlements
- Support the monthly headcount
and payroll analysis reports and provide data for budget forecasts
- Serve as the primary liaison
with authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE, etc.) on payroll-related issues
- Ensure confidentiality, data
protection, and full compliance with Banyan Group HR standards and Greek
legislation
- Assist the HR Department in
broader administrative and wellbeing initiatives when required
