As a B2B Sales Representative in this role you will be responsible for:

• Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and build a high-performing sales pipeline
• Drive and manage the seamless onboarding process for new B2B clients, ensuring an exceptional initial customer experience
• Conduct systematic market mapping, structure strategic sales activities, and maintain a consistent schedule of targeted client visits
• Actively contribute to and lead compelling pitch presentations for key prospective accounts
• Spearhead account management initiatives, leading Joint Business Planning to maximize long-term client retention and revenue potential
• Provide senior leadership with accurate, data-driven weekly and monthly activity reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence

The ideal candidate for the position of B2B Sales Representative will be expected to possess the following:

• Proven experience in B2B Sales (Experience within Building Materials & Construction Services will be considered a strong advantage)
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field will be considered a strong asset
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
• At least 3 years experience in B2B Sales
