Are you an expert in Aviation Sales looking for your next global challenge? Are you a Sales Engineer who speaks the language of MRO and Aeronautical components?

Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to join the team and drive international growth in the aircraft maintenance sector.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Sales & Business Development Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting customers to secure new business and fostering long-term strategic relationships.
  • Managing existing accounts and leads while actively developing your own client portfolio.
  • Leveraging deep knowledge of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) business to drive sales.
  • Engaging confidently with senior management to negotiate and close high-level deals.
  • Representing the company at 3 major international Aviation Maintenance exhibitions annually.
  • Traveling globally for client meetings (4-5 on-demand trips per year) and to finalize business agreements.
  • Acting as a key sales representative for strategic accounts assigned by top management.

The ideal candidate for this Sales & Business Development Engineer position will possess:

  • Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or a related Sales Engineering field.
  • Proven track record in the Aviation industry, specifically within the MRO of the aircraft components sector.
  • Solid understanding of aircraft parts (e.g., Turbines, Spare Parts) and maintenance services.
  • Previous experience attending major aviation trade shows and a deep understanding of the Aviation Maintenance market.
  • Proficiency in tender management, strong negotiation skills, and confidence in communicating with international clients.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages and a global business mindset are highly valued.
  • 3+ years of proven track record in the Aviation industry.
