Lawyer (Corporate & Energy)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our growing Legal Team in Athens, focusing on complex regulatory and transactional matters within the Energy sector.

For the role of Lawyer (Corporate & Energy), you will be responsible for:

• Negotiation and drafting of all types of legal agreements, commercial contracts, and documents
• Legal research and the drafting of comprehensive legal opinions
• Supporting the day-to-day needs of corporate clients, including bookkeeping, preparation of minutes, and advisory on corporate law requirements
• Ensuring corporate governance and regulatory compliance for private, listed, or regulated entities
• Managing corporate restructurings and transformations
• Executing M&A procedures, including transaction structure design, legal due diligence, and drafting transaction documents
• Maintaining strong client rapport through effective communication and clear explanation of legal processes
• Collaborating actively with the team to share knowledge and participate in client meetings and conferences

For the role of Lawyer (Corporate & Energy), you will need:

• University degree in Law
• Master’s degree or Certification in Energy Law
• Solid background in corporate, commercial, and energy law
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a law firm or energy company legal department
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional negotiating skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
