Cretan Holidays S.A., one of Greece’s leading and most innovative Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and a member of K. Badouvas Group, a Greek group with more than five decades of experience in tourism and hospitality, is looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional to join its team as an Airport Assistant in Kos for the 2027 season.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the airport, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.
• Ensure the smooth, prompt, and timely arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests.
• Supervise transfer services within the airport area, ensuring their smooth operation and quality standards.
• Provide operational support to Tour Operator teams to facilitate efficient airport operations.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and travel-related information.
• Handle unexpected situations and provide prompt assistance to guests whenever required.
• Coordinate with colleagues, transfer providers, and other relevant partners to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Workplace

• Kos International Airport and the surrounding airport operational area.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Previous experience at an airport or as a Holiday Representative will be considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and a guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and willingness to work in uniform.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements.
