JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management in the Pharma industry and especially with pharmacies and assigned accounts
• Experience in owning key account relationships
• Experience in developing and executing sales plans

• Competency in English Language
• Profound knowledge of pharma accounts within the region, their strategic direction and objectives
• Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, teamwork, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately communicate and to confidently speak in public
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work remotely with minimal supervision
• Business and financial acumen with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
