Περιγραφή

On behalf of our client, a Greek company producing and distributing innovative healthcare products, we are looking for a Key Account Manager with main responsibility to build relationships with pharmacists and assigned accounts.

The Key Account Manager will refer directly to the Sales Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining relationships with pharmacists and assigned accounts
• Serving as the main point of contact for upper and mid-level management for assigned accounts and negotiate favorable sales terms
• Demonstrating high ethical and performance standards with all business contacts in order to maintain excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community
• Sharing insights obtained from customer interactions cross-functionally
• Identifying business opportunities/ trends/ barriers in the assigned region, developing action / risk mitigation plans and monitoring implementation
• Executing plan to fulfill sales targets and business unit objectives, ensuring optimum coverage of all current and potential customers
• Assessing potential of prospective clients, including information on sales opportunities and their progress to closure
• Updating account plans regularly for each assigned account to accurately track performance and set realistic future targets

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management in the Pharma industry and especially with pharmacies and assigned accounts
• Experience in owning key account relationships
• Experience in developing and executing sales plans

COMPETENCES AND SKILLS
• Competency in English Language
• Profound knowledge of pharma accounts within the region, their strategic direction and objectives
• Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, teamwork, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately communicate and to confidently speak in public
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work remotely with minimal supervision
• Business and financial acumen with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
