Service in Thessaloniki
You will be responsible to serve our guests during breakfast time and support various F&B proceedures, creating a personalized guest experience through meaningful interaction.
Requirements
- You will be part of the F&B Team, taking guest orders and serving food and beverage items
- Making all necessary preparation of food and beverages, cleaning & set-up to deliver the required service
- Interacting with our guests in a highly professional yet unpretentious manner, playing your part in making their stay memorable
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction levels
- Lend a hand to not only guests but your colleagues and team alike - we’ve always been in it together
- Take health and safety seriously and follow all health & safety standards, fire & security procedures, and ensure you’re working in a safe manner at all times
Candidate profile
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
- Eager to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
- Ability to perform under pressure and good time management skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role at a 4-5* hotel
- Competent F&B skills (service, barista)
- Excellent use of the English language
