guests through the check-in and check-out process.
Communication: Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure
smooth operation of treatment schedules and guest flow.
Administrative Duties: Handle
payments, maintain accurate records, answer phone calls and emails, and ensure
all front desk procedures are followed.
Presentation & Cleanliness: Maintain a
tidy, elegant, and calming reception area at all times.
Product Knowledge: Promote and
recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to enhance each guest’s
wellness journey.
Teamwork: Support the spa team by coordinating needs,
communicating updates, and assisting colleagues when required.
