Job Description
- Records all relevant details for incidents and service requests, allocates categorization and priority codes.
- Oversees incident and services request management (resolution of end-to-end tickets).
- Executes routine or ad-hoc support tasks (network, hardware, software, IT inventory, orders, off-site IT support, etc.).
