We are currently looking for a Project & Operations Assistant with 2-3 years of professional experience to support project management activities (ideally within the HR field), account management, and sales support (administrative).
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys working across multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate projects, primarily HR-related
- Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and supporting timely delivery
- Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and clients
- Support account management activities, including client communication, follow-ups, and reporting
- Provide sales and administrative support, including preparation of proposals, contracts, documentation, and CRM updates
- Maintain timelines and ensure smooth workflows across multiple projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project-related documentation
