About the project :
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Portuguese speaking customers of one of the most well-known companies in the world.
What you will be doing:
- Process requests and resolve customer issues;
- Create a genuine and customer friendly experience throughout calls and effective telephone techniques;
- Provide assistance in a helpful, accurate and timely manner while complying and staying abreast of policies, best practices and standard operating procedures while maintaining a high level of integrity.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese language (must be C1+)
- Communicative level of English language (B2+)
- You live in Athens, Greece or are you ready to relocate to Greece
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
- Base salary: €1045 gross x 14 months
- 14 salaries per year (as per Greek law)
- Monthly Bonus of up to 20% of the base salary (Euro gross per month)
- Full-time (40h/week), fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
- Private health insurance provided by the employer
