Our flagship property, Senia Hotel Paros, is a boutique five-star hotel in Naoussa, known for its warm atmosphere, authentic Cycladic character, and consistently high service standards. Over the years, Senia has built a strong reputation through meaningful guest experiences and long-lasting connections.

In 2025, the Group expanded with the opening of Aegean Colours Hotel Paros. Alongside our hotels, we also manage a select portfolio of luxury villas and real estate properties, always applying the same people-first approach. With two additional hotel openings planned for 2027, the Group continues to grow thoughtfully and sustainably.

For the 2026 season, we are seeking a Spa Therapist with sensitivity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for wellness—someone who understands the importance of personalized care, works harmoniously within a team, and believes that true relaxation comes from authentic human connection and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a wellness-related role within the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale or luxury hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols, hygiene and safety standards, product usage, and preparation of treatment rooms.
• A genuine guest-oriented and caring mindset, with the ability to create a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall wellness experience.
• Ability to understand guest needs, customize treatments when appropriate, and handle requests or concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
• Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with spa, wellness, and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Fluency in English (spoken); knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
