As part of our maritime focused
healthcare offering, we manage seafarers’ health records to provide preventive
and incident care services to maritme clients worldwide.
We are looking for an
AI & Health Data Operations Associate to support the structured management,
organization, and digitization of maritime medical files, while also
contributing to the improvement of our operational processes.
A core
responsibility of the role involves handling Pre-Embarkation Medical
Examination (PEME) files that are submitted for each vessel.
These files often
arrive as merged or unstructured PDF documents.
You will:
- Organize and
classify incoming medical records
- Separate and structure merged documentation
- Verify completeness of medical files
- Digitize key medical findings into our
platform
- Coordinate with doctors and notify them when files are ready for
final medical review In addition, you will leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT
and Claude) to:
- Support structured analysis of digitized data
- Generate
automated summary reports
- Improve internal workflows through AI-assisted
processes
- Work closely with the COO to optimize and scale medical operations
- This is a hands-on operational role combining structured thinking, process
improvement and practical use of AI tools without requiring advanced technical
expertise.
