What you will handle
- Welcoming guests with a polished, genuine presence
- Managing check‑in/check‑out procedures smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting guests with information, requests, and personalised assistance
- Coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Ensuring accuracy in reservations, billing, and daily reports
