Junior IT Support (Agia Paraskevi)

Job Description

•    Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 workstations and laptops

•    Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on client devices

•    Perform system installations, configurations, and updates

•    Assist with user account management and access permissions

•    Support desktop applications and resolve compatibility issues

•    Document support cases and maintain accurate records

•    Support Microsoft 365 email services (Exchange Online)

•    Support mobile device management (MDM) through Intune

•    Help troubleshoot application deployment issues

•    Support conditional access policies and compliance reporting 

Candidate’s profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent 

•    Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience in IT support or help desk environment

•    Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions

•    Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD

•    Strong knowledge of the English language

•    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
