Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience in a 5* hotel and/or in a la carte restaurants
- Fluent in the Greek and English language
- Extensive knowledge of menu and all products
- Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits
- Excellent grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions
- Knowledge of POS operation
- Must have eligibility to work in Greece.
