BARTENDER

Columbia Beach Resort is looking for creative, energetic and service-driven Bartenders to join our Bars Team, delivering exceptional beverage experiences in a luxury 5★ hospitality environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails and specialty drinks
- Ensuring consistency in beverage quality, presentation and service standards
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and beverage menus
- Providing personalized and professional service to guests
- Recommending beverages and promoting upselling opportunities
- Maintaining proper stock levels, inventory controls and beverage storage
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization and readiness of bar areas
- Operating POS systems and handling guest transactions accurately
- Following hygiene, health & safety and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Working closely with the Bars and F&B Teams to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a 4★ or 5★ hotel or quality bar
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and mixology techniques
- Passion for beverage preparation and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, attention to detail and professional appearance
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good command of English; Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Professional training in bartending, mixology or WSET certification will be considered an advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
