ΑΗΒ Group S.A entered the bottled water market in 2013 launching the brand of THEONI Natural Mineral Water, which is bottled at a state-of-the-art bottling plant located in the village Vatsounia, Mouzaki, in the regional unit of Karditsa, in Greece.

In just a few years’ time THEONI has conquered a unique place amongst consumers and HO.RE.CA spots, while at the same time it has had a dynamic presence in international exports.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Increases sales and distribution in a given geographical territory.
  • Always works towards a higher level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates and shares best practices with the team to succeed in expansion of distribution with higher than average value of portfolio
  • Works closely with our network stakeholders (wholesalers) to promote win-win strategy and results.
  • Follows corporate strategy and tactics on specific channels
  • Lives the role and behaves as a model for customers and peers
  • Provides and receives frequent and constructive feedback.

    Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

    Qualifications / Experience:

    • Experience (more than 3 years) in sales in the same or similar industry (FMCG) on HoReCa/hospitality/customer service
    • Understanding of commercial policy and tailor made offers for customers
    • Result orientated and able to build trustworthy relationships
    • Ability to use a customer-centric approach and focus on customer needs
    • Proven knowledge of HO.RE.CA. channels’ characteristics and needs per type of business
    • Collaborative spirit and high sense of responsibility
    • Interest in personal & professional development
    • Strong learning mindset and capability, analytical thinking skills
    • Fluency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Driver's license
