HR Generalist

About the Role

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is growing! We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, employee relations, HR compliance initiatives and recruitment processes. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, helping build a positive and productive workplace culture!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
• Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, prepare HR reports and analytics
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Update HR policies and procedures, assist in audits and HR process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in HR field
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Fluent English (both written and oral)
