B2B Export Sales

CHB Group is a fast-growing food manufacturing business with a strong presence in international markets, is seeking a B2B Export Sales to strengthen our export department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new partnerships, managing existing accounts, and achieving commercial targets across global markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the existing client portfolio
• Develop the customer base by approaching new clients
• Monitor competition through market knowledge and understand customer needs
• Create customized solutions tailored to client requirements
• Participate in exhibitions abroad and in Greece
• Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and identify needs
• Negotiate and close business agreements
• Prepare and submit commercial offers
• Monitor market trends, competition, and new business opportunities
• Oversee the order cycle through to delivery in collaboration with production and logistics teams
• Participate in international food exhibitions and trade missions
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular progress reports to management

• University degree (AEI/TEI) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Postgraduate studies (preferred but not required) in Sales, Marketing, or an MBA
• 3-7 years of experience in export B2B sales, ideally within the food industry
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to work toward targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
