Beach / Pool Attendant

Mykonos Bay Resort & Villas is an art-desiged luxury beach resort in Mykonos, just a breath away from the city center with a dreamy scenery along with the most breathtaking sunset views. The white-washed property is the epitome of Mykonian architecture. The authentic Greek hospitality on the island of Mykonos all around the pool, beach and restaurant area of the beachfront resort.

We are looking for passionate individuals with beach club or pool bar background in a resort or hospitality field for the role of Attendant at Mykonos Bay Resort & Villas for the Summer Season 2026.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, stand long hours under the sun in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with multicultural guests and work well with team members
• Excellent knowledge of English language is a must, other foreign languages are considered as a plus
• Team player with organization skills and attention to detail
• Pleasant attitude with a professional appearance
