RECEPTIONIST
Columbia Beach Resort | Pissouri, Limassol
Columbia Beach Resort is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and guest-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office Team, delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with our 5★ luxury hospitality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and performing check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally
- Providing accurate information about Resort facilities, services and local attractions
- Managing guest accounts, payments and billing procedures
- Coordinating with Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring confidentiality
- Promoting Resort services and identifying upselling opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with Front Office procedures and service standards
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a Front Office position, preferably within a 4★ or 5★ hotel
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with hotel PMS systems
- Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, teamwork and problem-solving skills
