Position Overview
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort that define our boutique luxury identity. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Ensure proper presentation of rooms, bathrooms, and amenities
- Replenish guest supplies and minibar items as required
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas when assigned
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow daily task lists and room assignment schedules
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
- Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment and materials
- Support linen control and storage procedures
