Mti Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing technical team and contribute to the design, implementation, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions for some of the largest organizations in Greece and Cyprus.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies, including storage systems, backup and recovery solutions, virtualization platforms, and Windows/Linux server environments. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting mission-critical infrastructures, while working closely with customers, vendors, and the company's engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
- Deploy and maintain storage, backup, virtualization, and data protection platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.
- Participate in customer workshops, technical presentations, and solution design activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and customers to deliver successful projects.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of storage, backup, disaster recovery, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Very good command of the English language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technologies such as NetApp, Commvault, VMware, Microsoft, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Relevant vendor certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Experience working in enterprise or data center environments.
