of our client, a well-established multinational company specializing in
the production and support of equipment for mining, infrastructure projects
and construction, we are looking for an Area Service Manager to lead
and develop service operations in Northern Greece.
The Area
Service Manager will be responsible for managing service operations, leading
service and spare parts teams, and ensuring high-quality on-site support for
key customers. The role combines technical, commercial, and people
leadership responsibilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop service and
aftersales teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Drive profitable growth in
service operations and aftersales activities
- Ensure high-quality service
delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health & safety
standards
- Coordinate service planning,
service agreements, and warranty processes
- Act as the main point of
contact for customer service requests and escalations
- Monitor KPIs, service
performance, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with
internal stakeholders and external service partners
