Summary
The
Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional desserts
and pastry items that reflect the refined culinary identity of Trinity. This
role requires creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of modern pastry
techniques. The Pastry Chef will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef
and kitchen team to deliver memorable gastronomic experiences that align with
the restaurant’s 5‑star standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and present high‑quality desserts, pastries, and sweet
creations in line with Trinity’s culinary philosophy.
- Develop seasonal dessert menus and daily specials, ensuring innovation,
consistency, and impeccable taste.
- Ensure all recipes, portioning, and presentation standards are followed
precisely.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the pastry
section.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation
efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
flow.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly.
- Adapt to guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests with
professionalism and creativity.
- Uphold the restaurant’s luxury service standards at all times.
