Waiter / Waitress
Essential duties and responsibilities:- Care about customers, serve their needs and respond to their requests
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus
- To strictly follow company’s and departmental protocols
- To ensure all working areas and guest areas are kept clean and tidy
Qualifications: - Tourism hospitality degree
- Excellent command of English
- Previous work experience of at least 1 year at relevant position in hotel
Knowledge, skills, abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills showing care for our guests
- Experienced in handling customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- Teamwork mentality, forward thinking & ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends
