Czech Speaking Representative | Rhodes 2026

Cretan Holidays S.A., member of the K. Badouvas Group, one of the leading incoming travel agencies in Greece, is seeking to recruit a Czech-speaking Tour Operator Representative for the summer season 2026 in Rhodes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting Czech-speaking guests upon arrival and during their stay
• Providing information about excursions, services, and local attractions
• Promoting and selling excursions and additional services
• Handling guest requests and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Coordinating with local partners, hotels, and transfer teams

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech (mandatory) and good command of English
• Previous experience in a similar role (Tour Operator / Hospitality / Sales) will be considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
