Housekeeping Manager

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for excellence in hospitality? One of Greece’s most prestigious and expansive luxury hotel collections is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping departments in a 5* Hotel in Rhodes.

As a vital member of our leadership team, you will ensure our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met daily. You will be responsible for inspiring a large team, managing operational budgets, and maintaining the flawless reputation of our stunning properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet five-star luxury standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a supportive environment focused on professional growth.
• Create efficient staff schedules based on occupancy levels and manage departmental budgets and inventory costs.
• Implement and uphold strict sanitation regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Report to the Rooms Division Manager and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, linens, and room appliances to ensure everything is in peak working condition.

• 3–5 years of management experience within a luxury (4 or 5-star) hospitality environment.
• A proven track record of managing and mentoring large teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; fluent in English (additional languages are a significant plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using hospitality computer systems.
• The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
