Jobistas, on behalf of a fast-growing international hospitality and wellness concept based in Corfu, is seeking a General Manager to lead and further develop a unique lifestyle destination.

The General Manager will play a key role in both the daily operations and the strategic development of the project. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and capable of managing a multi-dimensional hospitality environment while contributing to its future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across villas, glamping facilities, and on-site services
- Manage and optimize booking systems, reservations, and payment processes
- Coordinate staff, external partners, and service providers
- Ensure high-quality guest experience aligned with the brand’s identity
- Support the planning and execution of events, retreats, and seasonal festivals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational structures and procedures
- Monitor budgets, reporting, and overall performance
- Collaborate closely with ownership on expansion plans and new projects
