E-Concierge
Location: Thessaloniki
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
all inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, WhatsApp), accurately
directing requests to the appropriate departments, maintaining records, and
ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinate
guest and staff transportation operations, including transfers, schedules,
driver communication, and destination arrangements
- Ensure
full compliance of transfer operations with safety regulations, valid licenses,
certifications, company policies, and service standards
- Maintain
strong knowledge of hotel and resort services, including facilities,
activities, events, and food & beverage offerings, to support smooth
operations
- Provide
exceptional guest service by professionally handling inquiries, identifying
guest needs, delivering accurate information, and consistently exceeding
expectations
Qualifications / Personal characteristics:
- 1-2
year’s of work experience in similar role as office employee or as front office
agent
- Experience
with hotel reservations software, especially Fidelio; operate all hotel
software and PMS system
- Customer
centric service; ability to convey information clearly
- Excellent
communication and organizational skills and problem solving person
- Fluency
in English; a second foreign language is desirable
- Degree in
hotel management in business administration or relevant field is a plus
